Crufts 2012
Judge's Critique
Judge : Mr C. Dandy
It was a great honour to judge this beautiful breed at this prestigious show. A long day but most enjoyable, thank you exhibitors for the entry of 201 dogs. Quality was quite variable and I was disappointed that in the lower classes there were so few really promising youngsters. I was delighted with my final line-up and eventual outcome. Temperaments were mainly sound but there were two potentially aggressive Dalmatians, a small percentage but still entirely unacceptable. A few were simply unhappy in these surroundings and some seemed inadequately schooled for competition at this level.
